Document your daily site progress with detailed photos. We will log them with a detailed description of the location, time, date, sub, and work taking place. Maintain daily log of your project and also other logs like permits, insurance, manpower, Incident Logs etc.

Submittals & RFI
We will draft the RFIs for you and transmit the submittals to various responsible reviewers for approval, store and log them, and distribute back to the subs. We will create a submittal submission plan and log with the actual submission; log the RFI with any missed details and related impacts to the project.

Detailed Checklists & Meeting Minutes
