Warranty / Guarantee logs
Create a list of warranties / guarantees required per the project specs and collect, store, log and submit to the responsible approval authorities.

Operations and Maintenance Manual logs
Procure the required operations and maintenance logs for all equipments as listed in the project specs and submit a complete package to the responsible approval authorities.

As-builts Logs
Follow up with sub-contractors for required As-builts. Log and submit it to the responsible authority for approval.

Close Out
Any and every open report will be tracked and closed out. All project documents filled and submitted to required parties.
